After 18 months the blue cockerel on the Fourth Plinth at Trafalgar Square has been replaced.
This is the tenth piece of artwork to grace the prestigious space.
It is by American German artist Hans Haake and is a twice-life-size statue of a riderless horse skeleton.
It has a gift ribbon around its front leg with a ticker tape live feed of the London stock market.
Hmmmmmmmmm.
It is called "Gift Horse".
Ummmmm......
Naturally, no other explanation is required.
Canada House also has a new look with a grand reopening by the Queen on February 19th, 2015.
It is home to the Canadian High Commission's diplomatic contingent and was originally opened in 1925.
During the 2012 Summer Olympics in London it served as Canada Olympic House.
The current staff and visitors to Canada House are very fortunate to be treated to a close-up view of the new piece of artwork on Trafalgar Square.
